This model is suitable when:

  • The work to be done requires a high level of interaction with the customer

  • Where the work being outsourced is part of a large project which can not be easily parcelled out

  • Initial knowledge transfer or specifications finalisation for offshore work

  • Difficulty in replicating computing environment offshore as well as remote connectivity

This model combines the best of both onsite and offshore. In this model, high level work is carried out of Sysmetric’s facilities in the city/ country where the customer is located and activities such as coding, testing are carried out offshore. This model is more suitable when:

  • Sysmetric team has to interact with users as much as the customer internal team

  • The users are spread across multiple sites
